Bobby Brown

1★ · 2 months ago

Google review left for Peoria Ford by Bobby Brown

Why it qualifies

  • Opens by attacking the store's future reply, not the transaction
  • Personal ridicule of an employee's clothing, unrelated to any service received
  • Sarcastic performance writing ("magic tricks", "the final masterpiece") aimed at the staff
  • No verifiable deal detail: no stock number, no date, no paperwork

Google removes content written to insult people rather than describe a customer experience. This one carries three separate personal-attack passages in a single post.

M D

1★ · Edited 2 days ago

Google review left for Peoria Ford by M D

Why it qualifies

  • Photo attached is admitted to be a different truck from a different dealership on Camelback
  • Cites a review of another store as supporting evidence
  • Points readers to Yelp, which is off-platform promotion
  • Edited repeatedly, mixing a July call log with an August complaint

Misrepresented media is one of the cleanest removal arguments there is. The reviewer states in the text that the engine photo is not his vehicle.

Andrew R

1★ · A day ago

Google review left for Peoria Ford by Andrew R

Why it qualifies

  • No purchase, no service ticket: he describes two visits that ended without a transaction
  • Blanket warning language ("don't buy here") repeated twice with no verifiable detail
  • Credit terms complaint is about lender approval, not anything the store controls
  • No date, no vehicle, no salesperson, nothing that ties the post to a real record

Google's policy covers content from people who never completed a transaction. This post is a warning to other shoppers, not an account of a service received. Rank #192 in the queue, damage score 85.

J B

1★ · 2 days ago

Google review left for Peoria Ford by J B

Why it qualifies

  • Accuses the store of deception over a mileage figure the reviewer already calls a typo
  • Never bought or serviced anything: the complaint is about a website listing
  • Cites Carfax as third-party evidence, which is off-topic content about a listing feed
  • Ends with a blanket instruction not to purchase, aimed at other shoppers

A listing-data dispute is not a customer experience. This is one of the strongest off-topic arguments in the queue. Rank #97, damage score 103.

Kathleen McCormac

2★ · 2 days ago

Google review left for Peoria Ford by Kathleen McCormac

Why it qualifies

  • Accuses the finance manager of hiding a warranty and changing a rate, then confirms the numbers were corrected before signing
  • Speculates about a call she never received ("I have no doubt I would have received a call in 24-48 hours")
  • Fuel-level complaint is about a used-car delivery condition, already acknowledged and apologized for by the manager
  • Praises the salesperson and the corrected paperwork, so the post contradicts its own two-star claim of dishonesty

Half of this review describes events the reviewer admits never happened. Speculation presented as fact is challengeable, and the store has the signed contract showing the final terms she approved. Rank #200, damage score 64.

How the work runs

01

Audit

Every one- and two-star review on the profile gets read and scored. 200 of them carry a documented policy violation. That is the queue, ranked by damage score.

02

Build the case

Each challenge cites the specific Google policy line, quotes the offending text, and attaches the evidence: transaction records, photo mismatches, duplicate accounts, off-topic content.

03

File and escalate

First-pass flags go through the profile. Anything denied moves to a documented escalation with a written appeal. Nothing gets filed once and forgotten.

04

Report

You get a weekly list: filed, removed, denied, escalated. Removals are verified against the live profile, not self-reported.

What the first 200 are worth

Google divides your star total by your review count. Pull 200 one- and two-star posts and the profile reads 3.92 instead of 3.8. That is the first block. The queue holds 196 one-star candidates alone, average damage score 102.

Rating projections use the published Google figures for Peoria Ford as of 08/16/2026. Removal outcomes depend on Google's review of each challenge, no platform guarantees a result on any single post.
