How the math works: Google divides total star points by review count. 's published 3.8★ across 4,775 reviews is 18,145 star points. Each removed one-star review takes one point and one review out of the calculation. Rank is recomputed against the same national sample used on the ranking page — rating first, review count as tiebreaker. Removal outcomes depend on platform policy review and are not guaranteed.
